that I did not lose my vision,” she says. Since Total Vitality is Cape Town-based, the majority of its clients are in that area of the country. However, mere geographical location does not limit the scope of the business. Accessing other parts of South Africa is what this dedicated life coach aims to achieve next. “Coaching at an international level is the kind of growth I am currently working towards. Also, I am venturing into assisting individuals to start their own businesses, big and small,” says Deborah.
“My vision is for more and more people to play an active role in their personal and social development as well as being instrumental in having a successful lifestyle. I recently opened a wellness centre where I teach people about a healthy, active lifestyle and the importance of regular exercise. I hope to grow my total-fit club, which I launched a week ago.
